ValidTarget
Prototype: GemRB.ValidTarget (PartyID, flags)
Description: Checks if an actor is valid for various purposes, like being visible, selectable, dead, etc.
Parameters:
- PartyID - party ID or global ID of the actor to check
- flags - bits to check against (see GameControlSetTargetMode)
